Four names, one argument.
People assume the school, the fellowship, the fund and the media company are four jobs. They are not. They are the same conviction pointed at four different rooms.

Relentless belonging is not a tagline. It came out of a real experience of not being welcomed, and I know exactly what a room feels like when you are in it and not of it.
Twenty years running operations in transportation, across a multigenerational family enterprise and a multinational, taught me that every organization is already carrying a story. The story is either working for it or working against it, and almost nobody is deciding which.
Eight years behind a camera taught me how to bring that story into focus. I came to the work as an operator first, which is why I am less interested in beautiful footage than in whether the footage changes what a room believes.
Redemptive beauty, fearless compassion, relentless belonging.

The craft. Film, photographs, language and the room, for organizations and families who need the story handled with restraint rather than volume.

Formation. A school is the longest form of storytelling there is, because the medium is a childhood and the runtime is eighteen years.
↗Christian Executive Fellowship
Leadership told the truth. Executives are handed a job with genuine headroom problems and almost no honest place to put them down.
↗Manny's Fund
Memory. A Seat at the Table exists so that a family sits down, a name gets said out loud, and the record of it does not depend on anyone remembering to keep it.
